GATE LEAD TIMES
Every artwork is different and takes its own time frame. This factor as well as current work load determines the lead times. As a guide please allow up to 8 weeks for a gate using a MADE TO ORDER artwork from the Curves and Edges Collection. For a ONE OFF artwork created only for you, please allow extra time, as a guide 10-14 weeks.
stage 1 -
Approval of quote
30% deposit payment
Upon approval of your quote, we then will email you a 30% deposit invoice to schedule your project into our design and production. This can be paid will credit card (surcharge applies) or EFT (Please refer to the last page of the invoice for EFT details). Shortly after, you will then receive the concrete and electrical requirements for your gate which you will need to arrange with a qualified Electrician and Concreter.

consult with the artist
Your gate creation will have been scheduled into our job schedule. Once your project is ready for us to begin, Sharon will contact you regarding the creative direction for the artwork. Now is the time to discuss any ideas and symbolism you would like to include in your artwork. Many people are unsure what they would like to represent and that's okay - Sharon will discuss various possibilities with you.
Sharon will then spend time developing a proposal based on these ideas. A professional artist sketch proposal will be presented along with the meaning of the artwork.
stage 4 -
Graphic illustration and Job Specifications
Once the Proposal is approved, Sharon will continue to create a graphic illustration of the artwork. This is an exciting stage and here you will see your project as if it were already installed. Here Sharon will show you various colours and finishes that will suit your space. Job Specifications are also prepared and sent for approval prior to manufacture.

Manufacture
The exciting stage where your artwork comes to life. Manufacture is commence as per the approved Job Specifications.
stage 6 -
65% payment followed by Delivery, installation and automation.
final 5% payment after installation
Now your exciting new artwork will be installed and automated depending on your artwork. We take great pride in our work from beginning to end. A 65% invoice will be issued prior to installation. Followed by the final 5% after installation.
