'The Australian Bush'

Design Preview

 The artwork depicts the moment a Gang Gang Cockatoo sits still perched on the branches of the Australian Gum Tree. Surrounding the Cockatoo are the Banksia and Wattle tree, they appear to almost greet the resting Cockatoo. With the use of flowing leaves and intertwining branches, the scene reflects a sense of unity. togetherness and growth, as nature and animals live together harmoniously. All the elements in the artwork have been positioned to create a feeling of balance - my intention is provide the viewer a sense of balance themselves as they enjoy viewing the artwork
